Refund & Return Policy

At SmartPick, we want you to love every product you order. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our return and refund process works:

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (wrong color, size, or model), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send us:

 - Your order number

 - A short description of the issue

 - Clear photos or videos of the product (and shipping label, if incorrect item)

Once we review your request, we’ll either resend the correct item at no cost or issue a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows no updates for 30+ days, we’ll issue a full refund.

If you receive an invalid tracking number, contact us right away so we can resolve it with the carrier.

 

Important Notes

📦 We cannot process refunds or reships if an order was placed with an incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

⏰ Refunds are only processed after we receive the required documentation.

No change-of-mind returns – we don’t accept returns if you simply change your mind. We believe this helps us keep prices fair and shipping free for everyone.

 

How to Start a Return or Refund

1. Email us at admin@smartpick.ca with your order number and details.

2. Attach photos/videos if your product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return address if needed.

 

💡 Tip: Keep your packaging and shipping label until your request is fully resolved, just in case we need it for verification.
